Three Layer Anti-Corrosion 3PE Pipe e Coating Machine Anticorrosion Blasting Production Line
3PE anti-corrosion coating production line, is three PE anti-corrosion structure of anti-corrosion pipeline production line, diameter range φ60 ~ φ1420, wall thickness range of 2.5-18mm, the use of three anti-corrosion. Namely, a layer of epoxy powder (FBE> 100µm), the second layer of adhesive (ad) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm
Corrosion resistant steel pipe can be divided into two categories, inner lined anti-corrosion steel pipe and anti-corrosion steel pipe. Inner lined anti-corrosion mainly cement mortar lining anti-corrosion steel pipe application more, lower cost, using cement mortar coating on the pipeline to play a preservative effect. Outer wall anti-corrosion steel pipe applied more 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe.
