Description:
Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., LTD. Steel elbow 3PE anticorrosive production line, mainly used in the manufacture and processing of oil and gas transportation, water supply transportation, sewage transportation, chemical transportation for 3PE anticorrosive bend (arc pipeline).
At least 16 groups of bending pipe conveying structure are arranged, the bending pipe is placed on the bending pipe conveying structure, the rotating shaft of the driving mechanism is driven by the rotating motor, and the rotating power is driven by the driving mechanism as the center. The center height of different pipe diameters is unified by the lifting device of the bending pipe conveying structure to adjust the height of the hanging roller.

Steel pipe conveyor system

The pipeline inner rust removal production line is innovated and developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. in order to meet the needs of large-scale pipeline inner wall shot blasting and rust removal production. At the beginning of the design, it is to strive to meet the industry's advanced standards, especially the European standards, and the rust removal grade reaches the Sa2.5 level of GB8923 standard.
In the pipeline rust removal production line, HuashDA can be equipped with single gun, double gun, four gun, six gun sand blasting tank and eight gun sand blasting tank according to the pipe diameter required by customers. The diameter of the steel pipe processing pipe is between 48-1000mm, and it is equipped with pneumatic blast (shot) sand nozzle, pneumatic rotary blast (shot) sand nozzle, pneumatic multi-gun blast (shot) sand nozzle, electric blast machine blast head, multi-gun sandblasting tank, single gun sandblasting tank, hydraulic shot blasting machine blast head.

The three-layer PE process, with the epoxy powder coating as bottom layer, binding and bundling through polyethylene PE and adhesive, is widely used in anticorrosion of steel pipes at home and abroad, and applied to the oil pipeline and gas pipeline, as well as to the gas supply and water supply for civil use.

Zhou Kaitian, technical director of Huashida, graduated from Mudanjiang University majoring in mechatronic integration. The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.

During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.

We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.

We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
