The boiling dryer is a device used to dry materials:
The boiling dryer can improve fluidity and reduce dust flying
through powder granulation; improve its solubility through powder
granulation; complete one-step granulation by mixing, granulating
and drying in one machine; the use of antistatic filter cloth makes
the equipment safe to operate; the pressure relief hole is set, and
once an explosion occurs, the probability of injury to the
equipment operator is small; the equipment has no dead angle, and
the loading and unloading of materials is light and fast, and the
flushing is clean, meeting the GMP specifications.
Working principle:
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve
plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into
a boiling state by the hot air. Since the hot air is in extensive
contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is
enhanced, so it can be dried in a shorter time. Entering from one
end of the bed, after tens of seconds to a few minutes of boiling
drying, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed.
This equipment generally operates under negative pressure.
Product features:
It can implement automated production and is a continuous drying
equipment. The drying speed is fast and the temperature is low,
which can ensure product quality and meet the GMP requirements for
pharmaceutical production.
Application range: Drying of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. Such as: drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid and other powdery and granular materials. The applicable material particle size is generally 0.1-6mm, and the optimal particle size is 0.5-3mm.
