Working principle
Air is heated and purified, it is introduced by the induced draft
fan from the lower part and passes through the hole net plate of
the hopper. In the working chamber, the fluidization is formed by
stirring and negative pressure. After the moisture evaporates
rapidly, the material is quickly dried as the exhaust gas is
carried away. Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom
through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw
material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed
through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated
and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly. The
operation theory of FG vertical fluid bed granulating drier is that
material powder particles, under the annular fluidized state in the
