Glue extraction pot is suitable for gelatin extraction and
extraction of glue solution. The glue extraction pot produced by
our company is tubular heating. According to the characteristics of
skin gelatin and bone gelatin, the glue extraction pot of our
company adopts two forms of air stirring and mechanical stirring,
with uniform temperature rise, self-control of temperature and
liquid level, and the obtained gelatin has excellent and stable
quality. According to the production requirements of different
manufacturers, the specifications of existing glue extraction pots
are 5m, 10m³, 20m³, 30m³, 40m³ and 50m³, and 80m³ and 120m³ can be
manufactured on site. The glue extraction pots are customized
according to the customer's requirements and are non-standard.
