WORKING PROCEDURE OPERATION INTRUDUCTION
Features of Rubber Kneading Machine
1..Four shaft head sealing, using new technology of YG8 cemented carbide Mosaic, not leak
powder and glue.
2..The mixing chamber using the 20 # boiler plate which is
processing by forging and fire.
3..The two Shaft is to use high-quality steel 42 Cr Mo (Grom) made by forging heat
treatment.
4..The rotor shaft spindle seam D632 hard alloy welding electrode welding.
5.Two support the rotor shaft bolt and the mixing chamber after
polishing hard chromium plating of 0.15-20m not only corrosion,
rust, and hard wear.
6.Two rotor shaft, mixing chamber, top bolt, gearbox casing and so
on , polishing after heat treatment furnace, temperature 6-700
degrees, eliminate stress, enhancing the toughness, increased by
more than five times of the service life.
