High-Precision Piston Rod Series

• Materials: 45# steel, 42CrMo, 35CrMo, bearing steel, stainless steel, 40Cr alloy steel

• Heat Treatment: HRC 28–32; tensile strength ≥ 850 MPa

Surface Treatments:

• Chrome Plating: thickness 0.03–0.05 mm, hardness HV 850–1100; corrosion resistance proven by 720-hour salt spray test with no rust

• Roller Burnishing: surface hardness +50%, fatigue life up to 3× longer
