ZJ-1800 Roots pump and 2 sets of 2H150 Two-stage slide valve
pump.The down chamber is formed with 1set K-900C oil diffusion
pump, with 1set ZJ-1800 Roots pump and 1set 2H150 Two-stage slide
valve pump and 1 set 15C maintain the pump;reach the necessary
vacuum.The evaporation system starts to open and the film is wound
at a high speed at an adjustable speed.
