Machine Introduction

This machine is a versatile and powerful drilling rig designed for a wide range of applications. It is capable of drilling boreholes with diameters ranging from 140mm to 350mm and depths of up to 400 meters.

Key specifications include an air consumption of 17-36m³/min and air pressure ranging from 1.7 to 3.5Mpa. It supports pipe diameters of 89mm and 102mm, with pipe lengths of 1.5m, 2m, 3m, or 6m.

The machine is equipped with a lifting force of 22T and a lifting speed of 3m/min. The feeding speed ranges from 0.5 to 5m/min, with a fast lifting speed of 20m/min and a fast feeding speed of 40m/min.

It has a maximum rotary torque of 6200-9000Nm and a rotary speed of 66-135r/min. The hoist lifting capacity is 2T, and it offers an optional mud pump with a flow rate of 450L/min.

The high hydraulic leg extends up to 1.4m, and the feeding efficiency is between 15 and 35m/h. The machine travels at a speed of 2.5Km/h and has a climbing ability of up to 30°.

In terms of dimensions, the machine is 6000mm in length, 2100mm in width, and 2550mm in height, with a total weight of 9200Kg. It is powered by a 92KW Yuchai diesel engine and can perform both air compressor drilling and mud pump drilling.
