Spot Welding Machine is H-type wire mesh multi-head automatic
welding machine. It adopts ten electrodes and equips with automatic
feeding system. The wire will be dropped to the fixture
automatically to achieve full automatic loading. After that it will
automatically execute the feeding and welding. Its one-way and
double-layer feeding device can move forward and back automatically
to finish the welding and the welding distance can be set at random
.It is suitable for the batch production of wire mesh with
multiple-points welding. The welding manner is one-way double-layer
automatic stepping feeding with 10 welding heads. The effective
welding width is 1200mm while the effective welding length is
1000mm. This machine is composed of main machine body, welding
transformer, pneumatic drive device, upper and lower electrodes,
automatic wire filling device, electrical control system, cooling
system, and PLC operation control system.

Automatic Wire Filling System
You can put the precut straight wires into the hopper, then the
wire filling machine will do the wire filling into the fixture
automatically. It helps to increase the working efficiency and
reduce labor force.
Automatic Double-layer Feeder
When one fixture is under welding process, the wire filling system
will load the wires onto the other fixture at the same time. When
finish welding, the feeder will automatically exchange the fixture.
So the efficiency can be increased.
