How to use?

Steps of application :

• Press RESET/ON key for setting.
• Weight Set : Before use, enter the weight value by pressing SET key and the weight column starts to flicker. The initial value will show 50 KG and then press UP & DOWN key for adjustment till your weight is indicated ( 1 kg as one unit, ranging from min. 20 kg up to max. 110 kg ), then press SET key to complete input. ( The time column starts to flicker at this time. Proceed to time set. )
• Time set ( alarm reminding ) : When the time column flickers, press UP & DOWN key for adjustment till the time is indicated ( 1 minute as one unit, up to max. 60 minutes ). Then press SET key to complete input. ( Zero is shown in the time column to indicate setting is completed ).

Note : If time set is not required, then press SET key once again after step 2.

Directions for use :

• When jumping begins, the counter and time will start automatically. If the alarm is set, then a “ Beep! Beep! “ sound will be emitted when time is up. Three seconds after stopping the jumping, the calorie consumption value will be display automatically.
• To repeat, press RESET/ON key to restart input and calculation.
• The length of the rope can be adjusted according to the height of the users.

Cautions :

• Do not throw on the ground heavily.
• Keep LCD board and press key from squeezing.
• Keep from moisture.

For Replacing Battery :

• Use a sharp object ( e.g. a screw driver ) to open the battery lid on the backside of the handle for replacing.
• Battery type : CR-2032×1 cell.

Note : This jumping rope is designed with automatic power shut off function. When not being used for over 8 minutes, the unit will automatically shut off the power.
