General Introduction

The Three-Phase Energy Meter Test System described here can simultaneously test 1…3, three phase or single phase energy meters.

Normally the following 3 phase energy meters can be tested by this Three-phase energy meter test system: 2 wire-, 3 wire- and 4 wire meters for active and reactive energy.

The Three-phase energy meter test system described here can be operated manually and automatically by PC, and it includes below main parts:

s1 power source which is used to generate tests voltage and current.

s1 reference standard meter with accuracy 0.01% which is the reference standard of the system.

s1 Software package (PC and Printer are optional as customer’s request)

s1 test frame with meter test rack for simultaneously testing 3 meters, and the rack are equipped with:

- 3 scanning head for mechanical or electronic meters

- 3 quick meter connection devices

- 3 individual error display

- 3 error calculator system

- 1 main switch

- 1 emergency stop button

- 1 indication lamp with three colors
