Circuit board module
The circuit board module of the transmitter is a circuit board
using application-specific integrated circuit and surface packaging
technology. The circuit board receives the signal from the sensor
and corrects and linearizes it. The output part of the circuit
board module converts the digital signal into an analog output
signal, and the HART transmitter can communicate with the HART hand
operator or the upper computer software.
1.2.1 A/D conversion
The A/D conversion circuit uses a 16-bit low-power integrated
circuit to convert the analog current output by the demodulator
into a digital current, which is provided to the microprocessor as
an input signal.
1.2.2 Microprocessor
The microprocessor of the transmitter controls the conversion of
A/D and D/A, and can also complete self-diagnosis and realize
digital communication. At work, a digital pressure value is
processed by a microprocessor and stored as a number to ensure
precise corrections and conversion of engineering units. In
addition, the microprocessor can also complete the sensor
linearization, range ratio, damping time and other functions.
1.2.3 EEPROM memory
EEPROM stores all configuration, characterization and digital
fine-tuning parameters, the memory is non-volatile, so even if the
power is off, the stored data can still be intact to achieve
intelligent communication at any time.
1.2.4 D/A conversion
D/A conversion converts the corrected digital signal sent by the
microprocessor into a 4-20mA analog signal and outputs it to the
loop.
1.2.5 Digital communication
The transmitter is tested and configured using a communicator. Or
through any host system that supports HART communication protocol
to complete the communication. HART protocol uses the industry
standard BELL202 frequency phase shift keying (FSK) technology,
with 1200Hz or 2200Hz digital signal superimposed on the 4~20mA
signal to achieve communication, communication, the frequency
signal on the 4~20mA process does not produce any interference.
