304 stainless steel plates with standard widths of 1219mm and
1500mm are widely used in the market and are suitable for various

Corrosion resistance:
304 stainless steel plate contains about 18% chromium and 8%
nickel. The chromium element forms a dense chromium oxide
passivation film on the surface of the steel, which makes it have
good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids, alkaline solutions,
most organic acids and inorganic acids. It can also maintain good
stability in daily environments such as atmosphere, water and
steam, and is suitable for application scenarios that are exposed
to the external environment for a long time, such as building
exterior walls, roofs, balconies, etc.
Mechanical properties:
It has high tensile strength, yield strength and good toughness,
and can withstand certain mechanical processing such as stretching,
bending, and stamping. At the same time, its hardness is moderate,
which is convenient for cutting, welding, bending and other
processing operations, and can meet the manufacturing needs of
various complex shapes and structures.
Welding performance:
304 stainless steel plate has good welding performance and can be
welded by common welding methods such as arc welding, argon arc
welding, laser welding, etc. Generally, no special heat treatment
is required before and after welding. The joints after welding have
high strength and good sealing, which can ensure the quality and
reliability of the product.
Low temperature performance:
Under low temperature conditions, 304 stainless steel plates can
still maintain good toughness and strength. They have good low
temperature performance and are often used in equipment and
structures in low temperature environments, such as refrigeration
