Atos Servo Valve DPZO-AE-173-D5 D 21 is a proportional servo valve manufactured by Atos Italy. It is an electro-hydraulic proportional valve, capable of converting weak electrical signals into high power hydraulic signals for precise control of flow and pressure in hydraulic systems. The valve adopts a two-stage control method, the pilot stage is controlled by a proportional pressure reducing valve, and the main stage is a four-way slide valve, the movement of which is driven by the pilot stage.
