The Danfoss Motor OMH400151H1005 is part of Danfoss' mid-size motor
series. These motors are compact and lightweight and are suitable
for mounting on forklifts, lawn care machines, aerial lifts, skid
steers and trenchers. The operating principle of hydraulic motors
is based on the basic principles of hydraulic transmission. When
hydraulic fluid enters one of the chambers through the motor's
inlet, the pressure of the hydraulic fluid pushes the movable
blades, causing them to rotate around the stator. At the same time,
the oil from the other chamber will flow out through the outlet
port, forming a continuous hydraulic circuit. This rotary motion
can be output through the drive shaft to drive external equipment.
During the operation of the hydraulic motor, the pressure energy of
the hydraulic fluid is converted into mechanical energy, realizing
the conversion of energy. Forward and reverse rotation of the
hydraulic motor can be realized by changing the inlet and outlet of
the hydraulic fluid, while its rotational speed can be controlled
by adjusting the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid.
