When using Parker relief valves, the following points need to be noted:
Media characteristics: Select the appropriate solenoid valve according to the properties of the medium (such as gas, liquid or mixed state). For example, ZQDF is used for air, ZQDF-Y is used for liquid, and ZQDF-2 is used for steam. Medium temperature and viscosity are also important parameters for selection, and high-viscosity media require special orders.
Pipeline parameters: Select the valve port and model according to the flow direction requirements of the medium and the pipeline connection method. For example, ZDF-Z1/2 is suitable for switching from one pipeline to two pipelines, and ZDF-Z2/1 is suitable for the confluence of two pipelines.
Pneumatic control valve: Pneumatic control valves are divided
into two categories: air-open and air-close. The air-open control
valve is closed in a fault state, and the air-close control valve
is open in a fault state. Some auxiliary equipment can be used to
form a position-holding valve or make the control valve
self-locking.
Remote control pressure regulation: The front chamber of the
overflow valve has a remote control port, which is connected to a
remote control pressure regulating valve and a solenoid valve to
return to the oil tank for unloading. The remote control pressure
regulating valve plays the role of remote pressure regulation.
Safety protection: The overflow valve is closed when the system
is working normally, and is opened when the load exceeds the
specified pressure to perform overload protection so that the
system pressure no longer increases.
