Hydraulic system operation process

Only when the abnormal large load is encountered in fast forward or fast back, the relief valve is opened to limit the system pressure, protect the hydraulic system, and serve as a safety valve

In the quantitative pump speed regulation system, because the oil supply flow of the pump is certain, when the flow is adjusted through the throttle valve (throttle speed regulation process), the excess flow is overflow from the relief valve back to the tank, then the relief valve on the one hand plays the role of setting the system pressure, on the other hand, the overflow pressure regulator role in the throttle valve flow regulation. The relief valve is open (normally open) during this type of operation.
