Feeding: The powdered Russian red potassium material is
quantitatively and evenly added to the main hopper of the sheet
rolling through the feeder to maintain a stable material level in
the main hopper of the sheet rolling.
Pre-compression and conveying: The longitudinal conical spiral in
the main hopper of the sheet rolling pre-compresses the powder and
conveys it to the arc-shaped notch of the two rollers.
Roller forming: The arc grooves or wave grooves of the same shape
are evenly distributed on the surface of the two rollers. Through
the meshing transmission, the materials conveyed to the notch are
bitten into the groove and forced to compress. After compression
and forming, the pressure on the material gradually decreases, and
it falls off from the groove under the action of its elastic force
and gravity.
Crushing and granulation and screening: The fallen materials enter
the crushing and granulation system, and then are screened and
graded according to the user's particle size requirements to obtain
granular products that meet the quality requirements.
Structural composition
Feeding system: including hoppers, feeders, pre-continuous feeders
with mechanical vibration devices, and forced feeding spiral
feeders, etc., to ensure the continuity, sufficiency and uniformity
of feeding.
Rolling system: The rolling main machine is composed of left and
right fixed bearing seats and sliding bearing seats, frame
structure, two alloy steel rollers, two hydraulic cylinders and
electric automatic pump stations, as well as hard-toothed reducer
and main motor.
Crushing and granulating system: The crushing and granulating
chamber is composed of a shredding box, a shredding spindle, and a
rotating blade. The motor drives the spindle to rotate at high
speed to crush and granulate the extruded materials.
Screening system: It is used to screen and grade the materials
after crushing and granulating to obtain finished products that
meet the particle size requirements.
Power system: It provides power for the operation of each
component, such as the main motor, hydraulic pump station motor,
etc.
Control system: It realizes the automatic control of the equipment,
including the adjustment and monitoring of parameters such as
feeding speed, roller pressure, crushing and granulating speed, and
screening.
No additives required: The Russian red potassium powder material
with a water content of ≤5% is directly granulated without adding
other binders and other substances, which ensures the purity of the
product.
Adjustable particle strength: By adjusting the pressure of the
roller, the strength of the finished particles can be controlled to
meet different usage requirements.
Continuous production in a cycle: It can achieve continuous cycle
operation, high production efficiency and large finished product
output.
Simple and environmentally friendly process: No drying process,
room temperature granulation, one-time forming, not only saves
energy, but also reduces environmental pollution such as waste gas
emissions.
Good product quality: After granulation, the particle size
uniformity and bulk density of the product are significantly
improved, which improves the fluidity and appearance of the
material, and is conducive to subsequent storage, transportation
and use.
Application field: It is mainly used in the production of Russian
red potassium fertilizer, and can also be used for granulation of
other powdered materials of similar properties, such as potassium
sulfate, potassium chloride, compound fertilizer, ammonium
chloride, potassium nitrate, monoammonium phosphate, diammonium
phosphate and other fertilizers.
