1. Product Introduction

Reducing pipe, also known as large and small head, is used for connecting two pipes with different diameters. It is divided into concentric heads and eccentric heads.
The materials of reducers include stainless steel reducers, alloy steel reducers, and carbon steel reducers.
A reducer is a type of pipe fitting used for pipe diameters. The commonly used forming processes are reduced diameter pressing, expanded diameter pressing, or reduced diameter plus expanded diameter pressing. Stamping can also be used for certain specifications of reducer pipes.

The shape of the punching die used for stretching is designed according to the inner surface dimensions of the head, and the steel plate after cutting is stamped and stretched into shape using the punching die.
