Injection mold portable WiFi plastic shell is a high-precision
plastic shell designed for portable WiFi devices (such as 4G/5G
mobile hotspots, wireless routers, etc.), which is manufactured by
injection molding process, with the characteristics of compact
structure, light weight and strong durability, and is suitable for
consumer electronics, communication equipment and other fields.

High-precision construction
Manufactured with precision injection molds to ensure accurate
housing dimensions (tolerance±0.05mm) and perfect fit for internal
electronic components (such as PCB boards, antennas, SIM card
slots, etc.).
Buckles, screw posts, heat dissipation holes and other structures
can be customized to optimize assembly efficiency.
High-quality material selection
ABS: High rigidity, impact resistance, suitable for ordinary
consumer products.
PC: High strength, high temperature resistance, suitable for
high-end routers.
PC+ABS hybrid material: both toughness and heat resistance,
balancing cost and performance.
Flammability rating: UL94 V-0/V-2 standard is optional, which meets
the safety requirements of electronic equipment.
Surface treatment process
Glossy surface: mirror polishing mold to enhance the appearance of
the product.
Matte/Bite Flower: Scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, to avoid
fingerprint residue.
UV coating/plating: Enhance weather resistance and achieve a
metallic or colored appearance.
Heat dissipation and anti-interference design
Built-in heat dissipation grilles or vents optimize the heat
dissipation performance of the device for long periods of
operation.
Metal shields (e.g., LDS antenna mounts) can be embedded to reduce
signal interference.
3. Mold manufacturing process
Demand analysis: confirm the shell size, material, and appearance
requirements (such as surface treatment, LOGO engraving, etc.).
Mold design: 3D modeling is carried out by using CAD/UG and other
software to optimize the demoulding slope and gate position.
Mold processing: CNC precision machining, EDM electrical discharge
machining, polishing and other processes to manufacture mold
kernels.
Mold trial and debugging: adjust the injection molding parameters
(temperature, pressure, cycle) to ensure the stability of mass
production.
Mass production and quality inspection: batch injection molding,
size testing, drop testing, flame retardant testing, etc.
