Unlike the spherical sculptures you usually see, this custom stainless steel sphere sculpture is not a standard circle. It is hollowed out in the center and connected by metal strips to form a spherical shape. The smooth lines and semi-matte surface make this sculpture look very modern.
The sculpture size is 4*4*4m. The internal structure is made of stainless steel 304, and the exterior is made of stainless steel 316 with higher corrosion resistance. The production process is pure hand-forging. After thousands of times of hammering by our experienced workers, each metal plate will become the shape we need. For this kind of sculpture with a dual curved shape, hand-forging can better ensure the flatness and smoothness of the surface while realizing the sculpture design.
