Custom Bronze Cast Sculpture Sun Wheel

Sun Wheel is a golden bronze sculpture that was commissioned by artist Martina Angela Muller. Its total height is 1 meter and fabricated in the traditional lost wax casting method. Bronze sounds like the only or most widely cast material, and so does this cast bronze sculpture. However, we use bronze with a copper content of at least 95% to ensure a more stable material during casting and to avoid more void formation on the surface. The finished surface is treated with a chemical heat coloring effect (transition gold patina) after welding seams, which endows this bronze sculpture art with changeable color effects and strong artistic appeal.

The whole sculpture continues the artist's consistent style, with soft and smooth lines, while the artist explained this bronze sun wheel sculpture like this, “with this piece I picked up on the energy of the sun and endeavored to create forms that uplift, encourage and express kindness woven into community.”
