4. Dedicated Control Software
Industry-specific interface for intuitive operation
Photo-query functionality
Automatic barcode scanning and file naming; Chinese-language interface; constant-current control; one-click scanning, categorization, and saving; double-click to zoom images for detailed EL Tester analysis
Flexible defect criteria: black spots, broken gridlines, fragments, etc.; automatic defect-type statistics and text-report generation for streamlined EL Defect Testing records
5. Wide Applicability
Suitable for monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon modules in all EL Defect Testing scenarios.
6. Defect Detection Principle
Electroluminescence (EL) brightness is proportional to minority-carrier diffusion length. When voltage is applied, the cell emits infrared light captured by the imager. Defective regions with lower diffusion lengths emit less light, appearing darker, thus pinpointing silicon wafer, diffusion, etching, printing, sintering, or other process defects.
