Outdoor FTTA MST Multi Service Terminal Closure 8 Port Waterproof Box
The Multi Service Terminal incorporates hardened adapters and are fully OptiTap compatible. Allowing for rapid tower and FTTH deployments, the MSTs are fully IP68 rated to fully withstand the rigors of outdoor deployment in all environments. Each MST comes with easy deployment mount allowing wall mounting or for pole mounting.
The MST uses hardened adapters for the optical ports. A hardened
adapter consists of a standard SC adapter that is enclosed within a protective housing. The
housing provides sealed environmental protection for the adapter. The opening to each optical port is
sealed with a threaded dust cap that prevents the entry of dirt and moisture.
