The API 6A CRA Inconel 718 Forging Bar is a high-performance alloy
component engineered for critical applications in the oil and gas
industry, specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements
of API Specification 6A. As a corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA)
product, it offers exceptional mechanical properties and corrosion
resistance, making it ideal for use in harsh downhole and surface
environments.
- Alloy Grade: Inconel 718 (UNS N07718)
- Material Type: Nickel-based superalloy with significant additions of chromium,
iron, niobium, and molybdenum
- Form: Forged bar (round, square, or hexagonal cross-sections available)
- Manufacturing Process: Hot forging followed by solution annealing and aging treatments
