The CK60 series is a new generation of economic soft starter with built-in bypass, which is more efficient and easier to install.
Principle of operation
By limiting the starting current and starting torque, the soft
starter is able to reliably prevent mechanical shock and grid
voltage drop during starting. By controlling the conduction angle
of the thyristor, the motor starting voltage is reduced and raised
to the rated voltage within the set starting time. With this
stepless control of the motor voltage, the motor can be regulated
according to the load characteristics of the driven machine, gently
accelerating the mechanical equipment.
This significantly improves the operating performance of mechanical
equipment, reduces maintenance costs and extends service life.
