This machine is suitable for grinding and pulverizing lump coconut meat to get granular coconut meat, which is one of the essential equipments in the process of deep processing of coconut meat; Structural features and working principle: the machine consists of feeding hopper, feeding guide bar, knife teeth, grinding disk, spindle, bearing seat, discharging hopper, belt disk, motor, frame and other parts. When working, the motor is driven by the belt to make the grinding disk mounted on the spline rotate at high speed, and the grinding disk is equipped with a number of teeth with teeth, the material enters into the machine cavity from the feeding hopper, and is contacted with the teeth to be finely ground, and is discharged from the discharging hopper. In order to prevent the material from contacting with the knife teeth under the action of centrifugal force of the grinding disk, the feed hopper is designed into a conical shape, and there is a feed guide strip on the inner wall, so that the material can fully contact with the knife teeth to achieve the best grinding effect. The knife teeth are made of 1cr13 material with high hardness, toughness and good corrosion resistance, and quenching treatment, sturdy and durable; The part of the equipment in contact with the material is made of stainless steel, and the knife teeth are made of 1cr13 and quenched.
