Zero Dynamic's High Speed Mechanical spindles Balancing Machine Spindle Motor, Electric Spindle Balancer is mainly to do dynamic balance correction for machine tool spindle, electric spindle, rotor, motor and other high-speed parts.
Zero Dynamic's High Speed Mechanical spindles Balancing Machine Spindle Motor, Electric Spindle Balancer adopts soft-bearing support pedestals and high-precision acceleration sensors, which enables the workpiece to carry out balance measurement at higher rotational speeds, and the actual unbalance of the rotor can be truly reflected by the support frame and the sensor. The effect of vibration reduction is 60% higher than that of an ordinary hard-supported dynamic balancing machine.
Zero Dynamic's High Speed Mechanical spindles Balancing Machine Spindle Motor, Electric Spindle Balancer adopts Zero Dynamic's self-developed balance measurement software. Together with the high precision data acquisition card, the equipment can meet G1 or G0.4 balance standard. The software also has spectrum analysis function and vibrometer function which can help analyze the causes of vibration.
