Zero Dynamic’s Single Station Brake Disc, Flywheel, Automobile Sun Gear Automatic Drilling Balancing Machine is suitable for single-plane vertical automatic balancing of disc workpieces such as brake discs, clutch covers, flywheels, flanges.
Zero Dynamic’s Single Station Brake Disc, Flywheel, Automobile Sun Gear Automatic Drilling Balancing Machine adopts self-made internal rising spindle, which has the advantages of accurate positioning and high repeatability. The balancing machine is equipped with high power vacuum cleaner to collect the cutting iron chips. The balancing machine has the function of automatic data saving and automatic uploading to MES system, and the production data can be printed. The equipment can be manually loaded and unloaded (a single operator can operate 2-3 sets of equipment), and can also be used with robots to realize automated production.
