1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Single Station Automotive Output Gear Automatic Balancing Machine Vertical Single Plane Drilling Correction Balancer is developed for the client's output gear and integrates automatic balance measurement and automatic drilling correction functions. The balance correction method is vertical drilling. This equipment belongs to Zero Dynamics DLX series balancing machines. This series of balancing machines is suitable for single-plane vertical balance measurement and correction of automobile clutch pressure plates, pulleys, flywheels, water pump impellers, brake discs, differential cases, output gears and other products. The balance correction method can be customized according to client’s products.
The balance measurement mechanism of Zero Dynamic’s Single Station Automotive Output Gear Automatic Balancing Machine Vertical Single Plane Drilling Correction Balancer adopts hard bearing structure with high rigidity and good repeatability. The equipment can automatically complete the initial balancing measurement, automatic drilling correction, automatic retest, and the workpiece can be corrected for the second time if the retest fails. The equipment can be operated independently or connected to a manipulator to achieve automated production. Zero Dynamic's self-developed vertical dynamic balancing software has been updated and iterated many times, and the software now runs stably and reliably. The main functions include balance test system, balance data storage, query, export, printing functions, data statistics after qualification judgment, etc., and special functions can be customized for special products. The software comes with an alarm prompt to facilitate finding the fault location.

4. Main Features:
4.1 The balancing machine adopts high quality branded servo motor. The spindle adopts servo motor to achieve soft start, soft stop, automatic positioning, stopping and fixed point rotation of the material-removal hole. The drilling depth is controlled by the vertical servo.
4.2 The spindle bearing and the main electrical components are imported products.
4.3 Configuration with industrial vacuum cleaner, to suck away iron chips generated during material-removal.
4.4 The main machine is equipped with closed protection cover.
4.5 Configuration of working light, warning light, tool box and tools.
4.6 The balancing machine is equipped with external double USB interface, and provides a U disk for programs, convenient for exporting test results.
4.7 Measuring system can display "g", "g.cm" optional.
4.8 It has complete text and light alarm function, with error-proof function, alarm prompt for unqualified material-removal or over-standard workpiece. It can record the start and end time of each workpiece in the balancing process, product drawing number, model number, operator's work number, initial unbalance value, residual unbalance value after passing material-removal qualification, qualification limit value, qualification judgment and other parameter and data. Meanwhile, the balancing process record data can be uploaded to the upper computer through MES system.
