Zero Dynamic's Two-station Automatic Vehicle Transmission Rotor, Car Gearbox Rotor Balancing Machine is a customized balancing machine suitable for double-plane dynamic balancing measurement and automatic end-plane drilling correction of magnetic & non-magnetic rotors weighing 2-10kg, with shaft diameters ranging from Φ25 to 55mm, stack thicknesses from 50-220mm, and rotor spans from 120-280mm.

4. Main Features:

4.1 This two-station automatic rotor balancing machine consists of high rigidity mechanical body frame, industrial leading balancingsoftware, electrical control system, automatic testing and balance correction device, chip-absorbing vacuum cleaner, reasonable safety protection mechanism etc.

4.2 Both stations have been installed with high-precision and quick-response sensors to detect in real time whether the workpiece is in place or not and whether the workpiece has been moved out after machining completed.

4.3 The equipment can automatically position, drill and de-weight the workpieces directly as per the unbalance values and angles calculated by the balancing software. A high powere vacuum cleaner ensures that the drilling chips will not splash.

4.4 The equipment mainly includes dynamic balancing pedestals (initial and re-test positions), two servo power head de-weighting mechanism, a precision fixture clamping and movement system and vacuum cleaner.

4.5 The main structure of the equipment is robust and durable, made of high-quality materials to ensure long-term stable operation.

4.6 Dynamic balancing test mechanism is equipped with precision vibration sensors, ensuring high precision measurement accuracy.

4.7 The drilling and de-weighting power head is driven by servo motors, and the cutter is made of cemented carbide, with depth control and fracture detection function.

4.8 The handling mechanism is driven by servo motors to ensure precise indexing and positional positioning.

4.9 Chip suction device effectively prevents the contamination of drilling chips and maintains a clean working environment.
