Zero Dynamic's High Precision Fan Blade Fan Wheel Soft Bearing Gripper Balancing Machine is applicable for the single & double plane balance test of miniature and small axial fan blades, axial fans and other products (fan journal diameter φ1.0~φ6.0mm, each jaw can only match one specification).
Zero Dynamic's High Precision Fan Blade Fan Wheel Soft Bearing Gripper Balancing Machine adopts self-developed high-precision spindle which can effectively eliminate the transmission error of the stator base. When the balance measurement is complete, the gripper releases the fan and allow the operator to remove the fan and start balance correction. The accuracy of this balancing machine can meet the ISO1940 G1 standard, with built-in 180° eccentricity correction function, which can effectively solve the balance measurement problems caused by poor verticality and concentricity of fan blades.
