The RZ-50 Gerber centrifuge is specially designed for the dairy
industry to measure fat content in milk using four methods: Gerber,
Ross, Pasteur, and solubility methods. Equipped with a heating
function, it ensures the temperature remains above 50°C during
centrifugation, providing faster preparation and more reliable
results.
Its robust design features a metal housing, stainless steel
chamber, and observation window, while a microprocessor-controlled
motor offers precise performance. User-friendly features include a
fault-diagnosis system, low noise operation, and advanced safety
mechanisms, meeting international standards.

- Durable Construction: Metal housing, lid, and 304# stainless steel centrifuge chamber are autoclave-able and resistant to detergents and disinfection liquids.
