EPDM foam offers excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, stability, and excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, cushioning, shock absorption, sound insulation, sealing, and fire resistance. EPDM products can be used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C. EPDM foam is widely used in industries such as machinery, sealing, automotive, air conditioning, electronics, construction, instrumentation, aviation, and small appliances.
CR foam, also known as chloroprene rubber, exhibits excellent physical and mechanical properties, including resistance to oil, heat, flame, sunlight, ozone, acids, alkalis, and chemicals. It also exhibits high tensile strength and elongation, reversible crystallinity, and excellent adhesion.
Best Uses for Neoprene (CR):
Automotive: CR is widely used in fuel lines, seals, gaskets, and
hoses requiring excellent oil and fuel resistance.
