Reduce Heat Energy Saving Material XPE Insulation Foam For AC Pipe
XPE insulation foam is a high-performance heat-reducing and
energy-saving material specifically designed for AC pipes. Its
closed-cell structure forms an effective barrier against heat
transfer, significantly minimizing the amount of external heat that
penetrates into the pipes. This ensures that the cooled air flowing
through the AC pipes remains at the desired temperature, reducing
the workload on the air conditioning system and thus saving a
considerable amount of energy.
In terms of performance, XPE insulation foam is lightweight yet
durable. It exhibits excellent resistance to moisture, which
prevents condensation from forming on the outer surface of the AC
pipes—condensation that could otherwise lead to corrosion or mold
growth, compromising the system's lifespan. Additionally, it is
flexible and easy to install, conforming tightly to the shape of
various AC pipes, whether they are straight or curved, ensuring a
seamless fit that maximizes heat insulation efficiency.
This material finds wide application in both residential and
commercial AC systems. For residential use, it is ideal for
insulating the copper pipes of split air conditioners, helping to
maintain efficient cooling in homes. In commercial settings, such
as office buildings, shopping malls, and hotels, it is used to
insulate the extensive network of AC pipes, ensuring that the
central air conditioning systems operate at peak energy efficiency,
reducing overall operational costs while providing consistent
cooling comfort.

FAQ:
Q1:What is the thickness tolerance?
It depends on the density and thickness.
Q2:What are the differences between XPE and IXPE?
XPE is chemically cross-linked, with rough surface. IXPE is
physically cross-linked, with
smooth surface.
Q3:Is XLPE foam recyclable?
Due to it is crosslinked and close cell, it is hard to recyclable.
But the wasted pe foam could be reused again, like to be remade
to be mattress, underlay, furniture filling etc
Q4:Does your foam work with adhesives?
Our foam does work well with adhesives. PE foam tape is one of the
foam application
