Heat Insulation Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam Sheets XPE XLPE Foam Sheet Rolls
Heat Insulation Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam Sheets (XPE/XLPE) excel in versatile applications. In construction, they insulate pipes, walls, and roofs to minimize thermal loss and condensation, suitable for both residential and commercial projects. For automotive use, these foams dampen engine noise and block heat in vehicle cabins, enhancing comfort. In packaging, their shock-absorbent nature safeguards electronics, glassware, and delicate machinery during transit. They also serve in sports & leisure as floating devices, yoga mats, and protective padding. Lightweight, waterproof, and chemical-resistant, these foam sheets are easily cut and installed, making them ideal for thermal insulation, soundproofing, and impact protection across industries.

FAQ:
Q1:Is XLPE foam recyclable?
Due to it is crosslinked and close cell, it is hard to recyclable.
But the wasted pe foam could be reused again, like to be remade
to be mattress, underlay, furniture filling etc
Q2:Does your foam work with adhesives?
Our foam does work well with adhesives. PE foam tape is one of the
foam application
Q3:Can you do custom design?
Of course,Color,Logo,Size,Pattern and Materials all could be
customized, we have the professional technical staffs.
Q4:What is the difference between polyethylene and polyurethane
foam?
Polyethylene is a firm, closed-cell foam.It is also sometimes used
as a top layer over softer foam in order to provide better footing
while the lower, softer foam adds some shock absorption. What is
polyurethane foam? Polyurethane is a softer, open-cell type of foam
that is made in varying degrees of firmness.
