Operating Principle:
The operating principle of a jaw crusher is relatively simple,

steps:
Feeding: Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed
inlet.
Crushing: As the movable jaw moves downward, the material is
squeezed between the fixed and movable jaws, gradually crushing it.
Discharge: Crushed material is discharged from the jaw crusher's
discharge port to the desired particle size.
Structural Components:
Frame: Supports the entire equipment and withstands the various
forces involved in the crushing process. Jaw plate: A jaw crusher
consists of a movable jaw and a fixed jaw, responsible for crushing
the material.
Eccentric shaft: The mechanism that drives the movable jaw up and
down.
Transmission: Transmits the motor's rotational motion to the
eccentric shaft.
Adjustment: Adjusts the size of the discharge port to change the
particle size of the crushed material.
