Highly efficient and uniform screening efficiency
The continuous rotating motion of the drum makes the material form
a uniform spiral trajectory in the drum, which fully contacts the
screen surface and avoids the accumulation of material or dead
space of screening. By adjusting the drum inclination and rotation
speed, the residence time of the material in the cylinder can be
precisely controlled, realizing the efficient classification of
materials with different particle sizes.
Large processing capacity to match the high production capacity
The cylinder diameter and length of the tumbler screen can be
customized according to the actual demand, and the hourly
processing capacity of a single machine can reach tens to hundreds
of tons, which meets the screening requirements of large production
capacity in mining, gravel quarry and other scenes. Its continuous
feeding and discharging design can seamlessly connect the crushing
equipment at the front end of the production line with the
conveying system at the back end, forming an automated workflow and
significantly improving the overall production efficiency.
Strong clogging resistance to adapt to complex materials
The curved design effectively removes the adherents on the screen mesh through the self-weight of the material and centrifugal force to minimize the clogging phenomenon. For wet coal, viscous chemical raw materials and other difficult to screen materials, can be equipped with comb screen with inclined angle or add a clearing device, to further enhance the anti-clogging ability, to ensure that the screening process is stable and continuous.
