Introduction:
The mud-stone separator is a mechanical equipment specially used to

separation is achieved through vibration, screening and other

The structure of the mud-stone separator:
1. The feeding system is responsible for evenly feeding the materials to be processed into the mud-stone separator. An automatic feeding device is usually used to improve work efficiency.
2. The screening device is the core part of the mud-stone separator, which separates soil and stone through screens of different sizes. The aperture and material of the screen can be replaced as needed.
3. The vibration system generates vibration to make the material
move quickly on the surface of the screen, thereby accelerating the
separation process. Usually an electric or hydraulic vibration
device is used.
4. The discharging system is responsible for discharging the
separated soil and stone separately. The design of the discharging
port should ensure the smooth flow of materials to avoid blockage.
Working principle:
After the material enters the screening device, the vibration
system starts to work. The vibration makes the material move
quickly on the surface of the screen, and the smaller soil
particles fall through the screen aperture, leaving the larger
stone. After screening, the soil and stone are collected
separately. The soil is discharged through the discharging port,
while the stone is sent to the subsequent processing link. The
whole process is automatically monitored by the control system to
ensure the efficient operation of the equipment.
