The environmentally friendly carbonization furnace adds a flue gas
recovery device on the basis of the original carbonization furnace.
After the flue gas is recovered, it can be dust-free and
smoke-free. The recovered flue gas can be ignited like liquefied
gas for heating, cooking, and can also be used for drying machines.
The carbonization furnace consists of five parts: combustion
chamber, carbonization chamber, briquette inlet and outlet device,
gas recovery and utilization system, waste gas treatment and waste
heat utilization system.

Features of carbonization furnace:
1. All the precipitated coal gas is fully utilized, the combustion

Working Principle:
Carbonization furnace use dry distillation carbonization and
airflow carbonization methods. By then heating and decomposing the
wood under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions, the wood produces
wood vinegar, wood tar, and other ingredients. Moreover, the
exhaust pipe of the horizontal airflow carbonization furnace can
collect the flue gas in time and deposit harmful substances.
Carbonization process:
1. Drying stage: from the start of ignition to the furnace
temperature rising to 160℃, the moisture contained in the
machine-made rods mainly evaporates by external heat and the heat
generated by its own combustion.
2. Initial stage of carbonization: mainly relying on the combustion of the rods themselves to generate heat, the furnace temperature rises to between 160 and 280℃. The wood material undergoes thermal decomposition reaction and the composition changes.
3. Comprehensive carbonization stage: the temperature is 300-650℃. In this stage, the wood material undergoes rapid thermal decomposition, and a large amount of liquid products such as acetic acid, methanol and wood tar are generated. If we want to calcine high-temperature charcoal, in addition to the above three stages, we also need to increase the heat so that the temperature in the furnace continues to rise to about 800℃~1000℃, which can discharge the volatile substances remaining in the charcoal, increase the carbon content in the charcoal, increase the graphite structure of the charcoal, and enhance the conductivity.
