Product introduction:
Thermocouples and kiln fans are installed in each working section
of the kiln body. The temperature measurement signal and power
supply are transmitted through the conductive ring mechanism
installed on the kiln body. Nano-calcium limestone vertical kiln is
used for environmental protection and treatment of waste and
garbage. With the rapid development of industry, nano-calcium
vertical kiln began to be used for lime calcination. The
optimization of the lining design of nano-calcium vertical kiln can
reduce the heat loss of kiln skin. The conductive ring mechanism
used in the traditional rotary kiln fixes the frame for installing
carbon brushes on the foundation.Vertical kiln is used to calcine
limestone, cement clinker, bauxite and other materials. Vertical

Vertical kiln details:

Working principle:
limestone is brought to the top and into the kiln. Then the
limestone is burned (calcined) for a specified time of hours to
produce powdered lime. Then the lime is withdrawn at the bottom of
the vertical kiln. The withdrawal at the kiln bottom regulates the
gravity flow of limestone and controls the calcining retention time
in the kiln. A clinker grinding mill grinds any remaining chunks of
limestone into powder.
