Tunnel Kiln Sludge Drying Push Plate Furnace Push Plate Tunnel Kiln
Rotary Kiln Product Introduction
Rotary kiln refers to the rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as
rotary kiln), which belongs to the class of building materials and
equipment. Rotary kilns can be divided into cement kilns,
metallurgical chemical kilns and lime kilns according to different
processing materials. Cement kiln is mainly used for calcining
cement clinker, divided into dry production of cement kiln and wet
production of cement kiln two categories. Metallurgical and
chemical kilns are mainly used for magnetization roasting of lean
iron ore in iron and steel plants in metallurgical industry.
Oxidation roasting of chromium and nickelite; Refractory plant
calcined high alumina vanadite ore and aluminum plant calcined
clinker and alumina hydroxide; Chemical plant roasting chromium ore
and chromium ore powder and other minerals.
Tunnel Kiln Definition
Tunnel kiln is made of refractory materials, insulation materials
and building materials, and is equipped with a kiln car and other
vehicles similar to the tunnel kiln.
Tunnel Kiln Structure
1. Kiln body: the main part of the tunnel kiln system, the kiln
body is provided with a variety of air inlet and outlet.
2. Conveying equipment in the kiln: mainly includes kiln cars and
kiln tools, which are used for loading and transporting materials
to be fired.
3. Fuel combustion system: including fuel delivery pipeline, fuel
preheating, burner, etc., used to provide the high temperature
required for combustion. Common fuels include heavy oil, light
diesel, natural gas and gas.
4. Ventilation equipment: including smoke exhaust system, air
curtain agitation system and cooling system, its role is to make
the air flow in the kiln according to a certain direction.
Classification of Tunnel Kiln
Tunnel kilns can be classified in a variety of ways, such as
according to the level of firing temperature, according to the
firing variety, according to the heat source, according to whether
the flame enters the tunnel, according to the transportation
equipment in the kiln, according to the number of channels.
