Working principle:
The principle of eddy current separator is to form alternating
magnetic field through high-speed rotation of a fixed magnetic
field, so eddy currents perpendicular to magnetic flux of the
alternating magnetic field are generated in conductor. The mirror
magnetic field opposite to the induced magnetic field caused by the
eddy current of the conductor produces a repulsive force on the
conductor, so that the conductor is separated from the material.
When iron and other metals pass through the eddy current separator,
they will heat up under the action of eddy currents, and will have
a certain adsorption force under the action of the magnetic
field.They will continue to run downward under the action of
suction until the belt falls after the distance between the belt
and magnetic roller is large,suitable for classification of ferrous
metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metals in the separation of
scrap aluminum.
