Working Principle:
The rotor disc of the hammer crusher is driven by the motor to drive the hammer head to make high-speed circular motion. When the material enters the crushing chamber, the large pieces of material are piled on the middle bar specially designed in the machine. After being crushed, the material with a particle size larger than the required size is hit along the tangent direction of the hammer head to the impact plate for further crushing along with the new material, so that the coarse and medium crushing can be completed in one step. Finally, the material that meets the requirements is discharged after being integrated through the grate plate.
