Working principle:
Hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the operation of crushing materials. When the hammer crusher works, the materials are fed into the crushing chamber by the vibrating feeder. The high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer head to strike the materials first, and then the materials hit the impact plate under its own gravity to realize re crushing. At the same time, the materials will collide with each other and break. After many times of stone striking and iron striking, the material crushing operation can be completed and then discharged from the discharge port. The discharged materials enter the screening equipment for screening, those that meet the standards enter the next production process, and those that do not meet the particle size requirements return to the crusher for secondary crushing.
