Product introduction:

Applicable materials:
The foam is processed into reusable PS recycled particles. This
type of recycled particles has a wide range of uses and is suitable
for the production of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP,
PET, PMMA and other plastics for recycling and mixed color
granulation.
Production steps:
Raw material preparation: Plastic raw materials need to be
recycled, cleaned, chopped into uniform small particles, and then
slowly added into the hopper. Pretreatment: After the raw materials
are added, they need to be pretreated.
Extrusion: During the extrusion process of the plastic granulator,
the raw materials in the hopper are pushed forward by the screw.
Under the set temperature and pressure, the raw materials are
modified, plasticized, and then extruded from the head outlet.
During the extrusion process, the quality indicators that need to
be paid attention to include particle size, shape, and density.
Cutting: The extruded plastic particles need to be quickly cut to
cut a continuous line of particles into individual particles.
During the cutting process, it is necessary to ensure that the size
and shape of the particles are stable and high in precision.
Cooling: The cut particles need to be cooled to ensure that the
particles are completely solidified to avoid sticking together and
affecting subsequent packaging and storage. Common cooling methods
include vibration cooling, air cooling, etc. It mainly includes raw
material preparation, pretreatment, extrusion, cutting, cooling,
etc.
