Application range:
Foam granulators are widely used in conventional polyolefin soft
plastics such as: plastic woven bags including cement bags, snake
skin bags, fertilizer bags, grain bags, industrial packaging bags,
ton bags, space bags; and plastic film materials including
agricultural films, ground films, greenhouse films, industrial
packaging films; PE handbags, vest bags, and agricultural drip
irrigation tapes can also be recycled and granulated.
Foam recycling peeletizing granulator machine advantages:
1. Multi-stage automatic partition control ensures the
plasticization quality of the particles on the basis of ensuring
the progressive plasticization of the material;
2. The raw materials inevitably contain abrasive impurities such as
mud and sand. Therefore, the barrel screw of the granulator has a
major breakthrough in design technology. In addition to having good
dehydration and exhaust performance, it also has super wear
resistance, which minimizes the secondary wear of the screw and
prevents breakage; the configuration of two-stage speed regulation
and electric screen change is greatly adapted to the processing of
soft materials of different varieties and properties, and saves
time and effort.
3. From raw material crushing, cleaning, feeding to granulation,
all are automated; all recycled materials can be produced without
drying, drying or sun drying after classification, crushing and
cleaning, and can be used for both wet and dry purposes;
4. Considering the characteristics of soft plastic processing, in
order to increase production capacity, the main model of the
granulator can be designed to be more than 250mm, and there are a
variety of models to choose from, fully meeting the needs of users
of different scales and starting points.
5. Users with higher requirements can also upgrade to a more
automated production line such as double filtration, automatic
feeder or forced feeder.
6. The extrusion molding part consists of a die sleeve seat and a
die sleeve. The position of the die sleeve can be adjusted by bolts
through the support to adjust the relative position of the die
sleeve to the die core, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the
uniformity of the thickness of the extruded layer. A heating device
and a temperature measuring device are installed on the outside of
the head.
