Product Introduction

The hydraulic jacking system is primarily used for the upside-down construction of vertical cylindrical steel storage tanks (using the hydraulic jacking method) and the upside-down construction of vertical cylindrical low-temperature storage tanks in the petrochemical industry. It can also be used for the vertical lifting and hoisting of very large objects.

Product Key features

1, The system includes a hydraulic pump station, cylinders, steel wire, and strokes. It is easy to install and operate.

2, The system uses PLC central control for lifting operations. Each power pack has an auxiliary balance device to ensure precise simultaneous lifting.

3, The hydraulic lift pump station has two operation modes: manual control and central control. The cylinders can be adjusted to lift individually or in groups, with multiple groups able to be integrated for better precision and welding results.

4, All cylinders are equipped with a safety valve to automatically lock and prevent the cylinder/tank from dropping in case of power failure, high-pressure hose breakage, or bursting.

The cylinder is equipped with a single high-pressure hose to prevent oil leaks that are common with traditional multiple hoses. The cylinder will reset on its own due to its weight.

5, The hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 1475mm, allowing for the lifting of each annular shell with 2630 plates in one step. This significantly reduces time wasted.

6, The basic height of the hydraulic cylinder is 2050mm, making it compatible with automatic girth welding machines for internal girth seam welding.

7, With modular configuration, the number of jacking systems can be adjusted based on the size and weight of the tank.

8, Efficiency is high, with each lift or descent taking only about 15 minutes.

9, It works well in conjunction with our tank welding machines, leading to significant reductions in labor costs and construction time.
