Product Description
This 500L/H seawater desalination equipment is designed for efficient and stable seawater purification, suitable for various scenarios. Its core adopts advanced reverse osmosis (RO) technology, which can quickly convert high salt seawater into fresh water that meets international drinking water standards for daily use.
Equipment process flow:
1.Pre treatment stage: The seawater first passes through a
multi-media filter to remove large particle impurities, suspended
solids, and sediment; Through activated carbon filters, organic
matter, residual chlorine, and odors in seawater are adsorbed to
reduce turbidity and prepare for subsequent treatment.
2.Reverse osmosis treatment: Pre treated seawater is pressurized by
a high-pressure pump and passes through reverse osmosis membrane
elements. The pore size of reverse osmosis membrane is extremely
small, allowing only water molecules to pass through, effectively
intercepting salt, bacteria, viruses and other harmful substances
in seawater, and achieving seawater desalination.
3.Post processing stage: The desalinated fresh water is treated
with a UV sterilizer to eliminate residual microorganisms in the
water; Finally, the pH adjustment system is used to adjust the
water quality to a suitable pH level, ensuring that the produced
freshwater meets drinking or usage standards.
